We ask our readers – the business leaders of Vermont – who they trust to provide their services in over 100+ different categories. We will compile the go-to list in the state for everything from Best Bank and Best Public Relations Firm to Best College for an Online Degree. Some of the questions and answers are based on a regional perspective while most of the categories were looking for statewide winners.
VermontBiz has spent the last 50+ years forging its relationship with Vermont's business community and the BOB Awards provides an opportunity to tell us, other readers and the rest of the state which companies in Vermont have the best products and services for businesses.
The results of the BOB Awards speak to the stand-out businesses in Vermont: the ones that offer the best customer service, that are willing to go above and beyond and to pay attention to detail.
Each question is pre-populated with businesses that have received a significant amount of votes over the past 8+ years. Each category has a write-in option if your choice is not listed. If you do not have a business preference in a certain category, please skip it and leave it blank.
The BOB Awards survey will end on March 1, 2025.

Q: Do you only list advertisers in the pre-populated choices?
A: NO! This is an editorial poll based on the votes of our readers. Many of our winners are not advertisers and purchasing advertising in VermontBiz does not secure a business a win.
Q: How does a business end up in your pre-populated choices?
A: The businesses included in the multiple choice options are businesses who have won a BOB Award in the past or have had a significant amount of votes in the past.
Q: How can I promote the vote?

A: Once started you have 24 hours to complete the survey.

A: Winners will be contacted in April. A complete list of winners will appear in the May issue of VermontBiz.

VB reserves the right to disqualify any businesses from the BOB Award ballot that it believes it is not in good standing in the business community of Vermont or has interfered in any way with the fair administration of the voting.
